How it works
A record built from evidence, in six deliberate steps.
Watch Trust is not an authenticity oracle. It is the place where the proof lives, with every claim labelled by its source.
- 01
Create the record
Add photos, brand, model, reference and purchase details. The full serial is stored privately; the interface shows only the last four characters.
- 02
Attach the evidence
Upload the invoice, warranty card and service receipts to a private vault. Each document carries its own status, from uploaded to professionally verified.
- 03
Build the history
Log services, condition updates and provenance as they happen. Events are preserved — corrections are added as new entries, never silent rewrites.
- 04
Request verification
Ask a vetted professional for an identity review, document review, condition report or authentication review. Their finding is signed, dated and attributed.
- 05
Share the passport
Publish a link-only Watch Passport with the sections you choose. Serial stays masked, your personal details stay hidden, private documents stay private.
- 06
Transfer ownership
Invite the new owner by email through an expiring, single-use invitation. History follows the watch; you decide which documents travel with it.
Where AI stops
AI can propose a brand, model or reference from your photos, with a confidence level and the reasoning behind it. That output is stored as a suggestion you can accept, edit or reject. It never becomes a verification record, and it never produces a verified badge.
