A watch accumulates proof over decades. That proof rarely stays together — it drifts between drawers, inboxes, phones and workshops until the moment it matters, and then half of it cannot be found.

Watch Trust brings those pieces together into one structured record for the individual watch, while clearly separating owner-reported information from professional verification.
What a Watch Passport gives you
One record per watch
Identity, provenance, service history, condition, documents and valuations live in a single structured Passport instead of five different places.
Private by default
Documents sit in private storage and are opened through short-lived signed links. Full serial numbers are stored privately and shown masked.
History that holds
Ownership, service and verification events are append-only. Corrections arrive as new entries, so the timeline can be read years later.
Sharing you control
Publish a link-only Passport with the sections you choose, revoke it at any time, and transfer the record when the watch changes hands.
Owner reported is not the same as verified
Watch Trust is a lifecycle record, not an authenticity oracle. Nothing in a Passport is presented as a guarantee: every claim carries the level it earned and the source behind it.

- Backed by an uploaded invoice, warranty card or service receipt held in the vault.

- Proposed by a model from your photos, stored with confidence, model name and timestamp. Never a verification.

- Signed by a professional approved by Watch Trust, with findings, attribution and date.
The long view
A mechanical watch outlives its owners. The record should too. Our ambition is that a Passport started today still reads clearly in thirty years: append-only history, portable ownership, evidence attached to the watch rather than to a marketplace listing, and professional findings that remain attributable to the person who made them.
We are deliberately conservative about what we claim. We do not fabricate market prices, we do not invent professionals, and we do not let a model decide what is genuine.
